1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using ColorsSnap, you agree to these Terms. ColorsSnap is provided as a utility app for color palette extraction, accessibility testing, and code generation.

2. Intellectual Property & Code Output

All color palettes created, sampled, or exported code snippets (HEX, RGB, HSL, Flutter, Swift, CSS) belong entirely to you. ColorsSnap claims no copyright or ownership over user-generated palettes.

3. Accessibility Testing Disclaimer

WCAG contrast ratio calculations provided by ColorsSnap are calculated based on standard W3C relative luminance formulas. While highly accurate, developers are responsible for testing full production accessibility compliance.
